I am an artist, a gardener and a lover of all things secret, mystical and magical! I love using colour, stencil, print and multi layering techniques to capture something of this in my painting.
My inspiration comes from our natural environment, the sense of mystery and secret that still seeps from our ancient landscapes and the beautiful and elusive creatures that inhabit them. Even here in the city the night time garden comes alive with the hoots of owls, barking foxes and the occasional curious badger. A glass of wine, a summer evening, watching the bats and stars emerge…. perfection!
