‘IN GOLDEN FIELDS’

This lovely print is limited to 200. It has been taken from Suzanne’s original mixed media painting/embroidery on linen fabric.
It features a beautiful wild Hare, who is alert and ready to flee at a moment’s notice. Suzanne painted the original on a linen-mix fabric, in a mixture of acrylic and watercolour washes, and the attractive weave of the fabric can be seen in this print. She also used gold thread embroidery for the foreground details, with rocaille beadwork. Photography was used to produce this print, as the shadows cast by the beads could be replicated, giving the print a 3-dimensional effect.
The actual print measures 14 1/4 inches x 8 1/2 inches, and it is numbered, signed and named below the image. The copyright watermark is for display purposes only and does not appear on the print.
A margin has been left all around the print to allow you to mount and frame it. Your print will be sent in a postal tube. On receiving your print, it should be removed from the tube to allow it to flatten. When framing, remember that a wide mount in a large frame will always make a print even more impressive, and Suzanne would recommend a frame measuring at least 22 x 16 inches.
